Here at Hamper Lounge, we rely on our fantastic suppliers to help us build our brilliant range of hampers, gift boxes and wine boxes. Shining a spotlight on one of these suppliers, let’s take a quick look at coffee specialists The Little Coffee Bag Company…
History of The Little Coffee Bag Co.
When founder Carrie first started The Little Coffee Bag Company, she was armed with nothing but a great idea and the determination to share it with the world. Recognising a gap in the market for cafetiere-style coffee products for one, she set about founding the company, working closely with an artisan coffee roaster to develop four unique blends and package them in stunning decorative boxes which provide the look and feel of quality which befits this great-tasting coffee. The Little Coffee Bag Co. also focuses on limiting the mess and hassle traditionally associated with preparing freshly-ground coffee, ensuring a delicious and invigorating coffee experience.
After lots of research, the product was ready to launch at Harvey Nichols stores in 2013. Carrie went on to appear on BBC’s Dragon’s Den, where she won funding to help develop her business even further. The company has gone from strength to strength ever since, helping to make life easier for coffee-lovers everywhere.

The Little Coffee Bag Co. Journey
After experiencing such a rollercoaster journey to founding her own business, founder and owner Carrie became determined to help share the knowledge and skills she gained by helping sixth form business students establish their own coffee business and has since seen two schools launch companies whose profits help citizens of Uganda and Tanzania. This charitable edge helps to solidify the great reputation of a company which proves that quality needn’t compromise on ethics.
