If you are unhappy with your unused items, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund personalised items, special orders, food and beverage gifts, except if the item is faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete.
Seasonal gifts such as Christmas gifts etc cannot be refunded after the occasion has passed.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you have received a hamper or gift box and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us at our expense or send us photographic evidence of the damage where a return is not possible.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days.
Every effort must be made by the recipient to arrange re-delivery of a gift if they are not home to take receipt of the delivery. Either ourselves or the courier company will leave a calling card giving contact information to rearrange delivery or that the gift has been left in a secure safe place. If the recipient fails to contact either ourselves or the courier company, this may result in the gift being returned to Hamper Lounge after a period of time. A refund will not be offered in this case. Refunds cannot be offered on seasonal gifts that are returned back from the courier company due to non collection/re-delivery from the recipient.
