I am unable to find a suitable gift – what should I do?
If you would like items that are not included on our website, please email or call us and we should be able to provide a bespoke gift for you.
 
What areas do you deliver to?
We provide next day delivery throughout the UK and same day delivery to London addresses.
Please specify a delivery date when placing your order online.

What is the cut off time for next day UK delivery?
We must receive orders by midday to arrange next day UK delivery.
If you require a delivery for Monday and the address is outside of London, we must receive the order by midday on Friday. 
Please note that we are only able to deliver to London addresses on Sundays and public holidays.
