Damson Gin Jam is unique to Raisthorpe Manor and is made using the finest locally produced Yorkshire damsons wherever possible. Part of our home hamper collection of build your own hamper collection

The damsons are handpicked at the optimum ripeness to capture the best natural sweetness. They are then soaked in London Gin for six months before being made into this smooth jam. 

This fruity jam is ideal in sponge cakes, scones and is exquisite on toast - a perfect alternative breakfast preserve.
